Braidal Veil Falls

I have wanted to take Brett to Bridal Veil Falls for the last couple of weeks. Last night we took him and he absolutely loved it. Brett loves bath time, mainly because he loves to hear rushing water. So you can imagine his excitement as we are walking down the trail, to hear the rushing river. He just stared at it the entire walk. When we got to the falls, he wasn't too impressed compared to that mighty river across the path. I waded out to a rock with him and we sat and put our feet in, the water was very cold and he didn't like it at all. As we started to head out the river once again took its hold on Brett, he was so transfixed on it, that calling his name wouldn't pull his attention away. That to me meant that we needed to take a few more pictures, for moms sake(and for the scrapbook). All in all it was a fun trip, I am trying to convince Jon that we need to go on a few more trips before we leave. I love Canyons, and all of the wonderful splendor that they have. The sad thing is that there aren't any in Michigan.

Yesterday I got my hair cut, I couldn't take it anymore. I had the girl cut 61/2-7inches off. Right before she cut it she kept saying, "Are you sure you want me to cut that much off." I reassured her and she cut away. I Love it, it is short but not too short for my facial features. Now Brett has less to pull, which in turn means less migraines for me. With summer coming and the big move, I am spring cleaning and getting rid of things that I don't need anymore. Seven inches of hair was one of those things. I took a picture of my new cut, it doesn't look that cute in the picture, but just wait until I curl it!

Cute hair. You cut off a ton! :) Brett is such a cutie. Jayden just recently tried to grab the water coming from the faucet. He just couldn't figure out why he couldn't hold onto it. I love the new things that come up every day!
