Our Second Invitation!

We received an invitation to Penn State!!! We are so excited! Jon's Penn State visit will be February 29th thru March 2nd! We are suppose to be attending a wedding that day and I am also the Photographer for the very same Wedding. I was hoping that Jon would be able to help me, but I guess not. Penn State is very exciting, they have a really good program and we have friends that are going to Penn State. Two invites in two days, I think that we are doing really good. It is nice to see the fruit of my labor. Jon's phone interview with the Purdue professor went well, he saw Jon's application and wanted to know more about him and the research that he is doing. Purdue is going to be sending out acceptance letters in the next week or so. It will be interesting to see if they want us. We are going to get some BYU Ice Cream tonight, so we can celebrate.

I was devastated when I found out this morning that Mitt Romney dropped out of the race. So I guess that means we are moving to Canada. I sent an email to Mitt, I simply told him that I understood why he dropped out, but that I couldn't honestly believe that it was in the best interest of the republican party. I think everyone in my family called me to tell me the unfortunate news. My mom wanted to know who I was going to vote for, I told her that I was not voting for anyone in November. Everyone left in the race has some very interesting(crazy) ideas. Hillary's whole purpose is the be the first woman president. Obama wants to be the first black president. McCain wants to be the first geriatric president. I don't even know what Huckabee wants to be the first at but I am sure there is something. The sad thing is who am I suppose to vote for? I disagree with everything that the other candidates believe in. Well on a happier note I have decided that I am still voting for Mitt in November. I will be writing in his name.
