Zoo

I took the kids to the Zoo last week with out Jon(I know, I am brave). We didn't make an all day thing out of it(which makes it kind of nice to have year pass, you can stay as little or as long as you want.) We stayed long enough to see our favorite animals and to check out the new kids are!

Wanna know the secret to managing a two year old and a infant......a leash. I got a few weird stares(clearly those mothers don't have two little ones). Mostly I got compliments on what a great idea it was. Personally I don't mind the weird stares, I don't want to loose my son just because he was too busy looking at something and I had moved on. Brett is showing off His leash. Thanks Grandma Hodgson, it was a lifesaver, I would have lost my goodness before we left the parking lot!!!

A really colorful bird. Can anyone identify it? If you can and have proof to show me, there maybe a little something for you!

This is a train that goes over the tunnel that leads to the entrance. It was kind of cool and really loud!! Do you see those dark storm clouds? Lets just say that before I could get the kids in the car, it was pouring and I got soaked!!! You can see more pictures of our trip on the Felt's blog.
