Pregnancy Update

We had an appointment on Thursday and we are making progress. The Dr said that Sissy can come any time now, which is good news for me. Chances are I will be on time or late(I don't want to get my hopes up). The Dr. said the most of the pains that I have been having for the last month are related to contractions, which I already knew. The Doc also said that because we have had such a rough pregnancy, that she would induce me early. Sadly she won't induce me until 39 weeks, and that just happens to be the week that Jon will be gone. I told her thanks but no thanks, I think Jon feels the same way. Plus I was induced with Brett and really want to go on my own with this one, so I guess we will see.

Now we are just playing the waiting game! We are so close to being 100% ready(Can you ever be 100% ready?). I hope to finish up last minute details this weekend. I have been taking 2-3 naps the last couple of days, I am so tired and in tons of pain. I think the pain is what is making me so tired, it completely wears me out(and the fact that I don't sleep at night).

My bags are packed and I am ready to go at a moments notice!

19 Days!!

I'm thinking you mean induce at 39 not 29 right? :) Good luck! You're almost there!

Jon has a engineering conference in Idaho Falls. The company hosting the conference, is one of the companies that we hope to work for when we are done. So this is a good opportunity for us, one that we really can't pass up. Bad timing though if you ask me!

Good luck. Hopefully the baby will understand the importance of Dad being there and will come before or after like a good baby. :) Good luck.
