It's a...Baby!

On Friday was our appointment for the ultrasound. One of the first things that we learned is that this child is stubborn. When we scheduled the ultrasound we were hoping to be able to find out the gender of the baby. However, upon starting the ultrasound the baby promptly tucked both little feet under the behind and held that position no matter what the ultrasound tech tried to do. However, at the end she finally gave in and decided to let us know that she is a little girl. We are really excited to be having a girl but the best news is that she is healthy. The ultrasound shows that her heart is healthy and strong and that her body and brain are all developing on schedule. We are grateful for the steady growth and development, despite Kathlen's sickness. We are so excited to welcome our new little one! Ultrasound pictures to come.
